I woke up after six hours of sleep
and decided to just go with it. And I somehow managed not to take a
nap this afternoon, although I will admit it was pretty close at one
point.
I had a pretty lazy day. This
morning I played Staxel and
watched things. I caught up on YouTube videos, watched Braven
(a Jason Momoa movie), Kavin
Jay's comedy special on Netflix, Katt Williams' new comedy special on
Netflix, and the first episode of Godless,
which is a Netflix series. So yeah, lots of things were watched.
This afternoon I played a little
CoD: WW2 before
dinner, and then I made dinner. I made brown rice and roasted
vegetables, because that's kind of my thing. I changed up the
flavors tonight by including ancho chili powder with the vegetables,
and squeezing a lime into the rice. I got the lime for the cranberry
salsa I never made because I couldn't find cranberries, and figured I
should probably use it. And while writing that last sentence I
realized I have a red onion that I forgot to roast tonight. I need a
better place for my red onions because this is not the first time I
have forgotten about a red onion. Anyway, the new flavors worked out
really well.
After dinner I started some laundry,
ran on the elliptical, took a shower, and played more CoD:
WW2. I had my best game of
hardcore Free-For-All ever today, and will most likely never be able
to top it. I got thirty kills (which is the limit in FFA) and only
died seven times. I also had three five-kill streaks and on ten-kill
streak. And the closest players to me only had twenty kills. And I
joined the game late. The stars aligned and it would be nice if that
would happen more often. Tonight when I played I mostly just seemed
to be fighting bad connections because people were skipping across
the map and my bullets weren't as effective as they should have been.
But it's crazy that the internet is a thing and that I can play
games with total strangers from all over the country (and world), so
I can't really be that upset.
And once again it is late and I want
to go to bed, so I'm going to record my audio journal, take care of
my laundry, and go to bed.
