Last night I took an unintentional nap rather than sleeping through
the night. I made it to bed around midnight and woke up an hour and
a half later. Wide awake. I laid there for a half an hour trying to
pretend I was tired before finally getting up and reading a book for
an hour. I finished my book, so that was a plus, but I only got
three hours of sleep. So that sucked. It hit me around eleven
o'clock this morning and then again around three o'clock, when I lost
track of how many times I yawned.
Pretty much all of my day was spent scanning and editing baby
pictures. With a few classes thrown in to mix things up. Not really
much to say. It was nice being back because I had an excuse not to
be spending my whole day doing school work.
Tomorrow we start testing again. Can't wait. When that isn't
happening I'll probably be editing photos. Back to the grind.
After work I wanted to take a nap but there was so much noise. Dogs
barking, dogs running around upstairs, vacuuming, heavy things being
dropped. It was like an absurd comedy. Every time one noise would
die down it was replaced by another. Needless to say, no naps were
had.
Tonight I streamed again. All by myself as the song goes. It wasn't
a good night for CS:GO because my best ping was 94 and I think
almost everyone else was in the 30s and 40s. It was rough. In my
final game of the night I managed to get to level 15. I think the
final level, the golden knife, is level seventeen or eighteen, so I
was pretty close.
We're creeping up on eleven o'clock and I'm going to give sleeping a
try. It'd be real nice if it works out for me tonight. I miss
falling asleep within a reasonable time of going to bed.
