Last night I had to get up at least twice to go to the bathroom. I'm
fairly certain this is directly related to the fact that throughout
the night I consumed thirty-two ounces of water. I was apparently
very thirsty. After my alarm went off I ran on the elliptical, got
ready, and went to work.
I did the usual opening stuff and upped my pencil sharpening game by
sharpening over seventy pencils. And then I was on desk for two
hours. I read news articles, read part of a short story, and talked
to my coworker (and most of our conversations were work-related).
Then I was off desk for an hour, which I spent reading a little bit
and talking to my coworker. It was a pretty quiet morning. And then
I went to lunch.
My afternoon was filled with part two of the mental health training.
One of the activities we did was attempting to simulate
schizophrenia. Two of us tried to have a conversation while a third
person whispered different phrases into one person's ear. It was
really distracting and hard to follow the line of the conversation,
which made me glad I don't hear voices in my head on a regular basis.
Today's training was more interesting than Tuesday and the time
passed more quickly. It also helped that we got out thirty minutes
early. Which sucks a little bit because now I have to make that time
up tomorrow.
When I got home I played a little CoD: WW2 before dinner, ate
dinner and watched YouTube videos, and then played more CoD: WW2.
It was not a good day for CoD: WW2. Almost every game was a
struggle and my team rarely one, regardless of the game mode I
played. It was rough. And not very fun. But sometimes that's just
how the game goes.
And now it is late and I want to go to bed. I'm looking forward to
the weekend so I can just lay in bed and not wake up to an alarm.
