 Today was a pretty good day. I slept in and then went out to the living room to read books on my couch for awhile. I may or may not have taken a brief nap on the couch. Then I learned a way to fold plastic grocery bags so they are tiny triangles. It's the exact same way you fold a flag. Super easy. I have a whole bunch of bags and rather than throw them away, which would be the easiest solution, I have just been stuffing them in a different grocery bag. And that has grown to three or four bags because I have so many freaking bags. But now, I can fold them into tiny triangles, which hardly take up any space. I think I'm going to throw out any bags that have holes in them, but that still leaves a lot of bags. It's a slow process but I made decent progress today.

For lunch I met my Dad, sister, and step-mom at a restaurant for my Dad's birthday. I had a giant pancake and scrambled eggs. The eggs were more orange than yellow, which was a little off-putting, and my eggs taste better, but overall it was good.

Before going to lunch I swung by Target to get a birthday card for my Dad, and I wanted to get brown sugar and dry milk for two different bread recipes. And after lunch I started making wheat bread. I haven't tried it yet but it looks more presentable than the Italian bread. The top is a little dimpled but not completely sunk in like the Italian bread. Maybe tomorrow I'll find out if it tastes good.

I decided to move my computer up to the living room today. It's just been sitting in the basement since the minor flood and that's just a waste. I had a big folding table sitting in front of my couch but it had just become a place for me to stack stuff, so I got everything off of it and moved it against the wall. It's the perfect size.

The first thing I did when I got it all setup was to run the VR room setup to make sure it would work. And it does. It would be nice if there was a little more room depth to the space but my couch is really big. After that I installed a realistic graphics mod for GTAV. To be honest, it's been so long since I've really played the game that I can't really tell the different. But I think it looks better. I'm wondering if it will also affect the online game. If not, that would be one way to check the difference.

For dinner tonight I made taco salad. I had plenty of leftover rice from my stir fry so I threw that in a pan with fake hamburger, corn, and black beans to heat everything up. Once I put it in a bowl I added lettuce and topped it with my sister's homemade salsa. It was really tasty.

While I ate I started watching season six of New Girls. And I continued to watch it after dinner while I folded more grocery bags. Such a good show. I'm only five episodes in but so far Schmidt has been carrying the show this season. No offense to anyone else but he's always winning. I might watch another episode or two but then I have to go to bed because I have to work in the morning. I'm not really looking forward to a day of working on tutorials but maybe I'll get one of them done. That would be nice.
