 Today was kind of a slow, long day. I had one near the beginning of the day and then my friend stopped by. He invited me to a baseball game but I've got too much crap to do at work so he stopped by before he headed out of town. We sat out in the lobby and talked for quite awhile before he had to leave. I like actually talking with people but I don't really get that outside of work anymore. And at work it is only every now and then. I need to make more friends that live in town.

This afternoon I had three classes in the lab. When I didn't have classes in the lab I spent time working on my spreadsheets and making a summer reading flyer and reading log for the librarian. I discovered on my spreadsheets that when I added new kids in some of the classes it screwed up my links on the other spreadsheet for those classes. That is super frustrating. At this point it would probably would have been quicker to just manually input all of the numbers. It will be a miracle if I can get it finished my the end of the year.

After work I got my hair cut and it was free as a graduation present from the lady who cuts my hair. That was pretty cool.

When I got home I didn't really do much but I eventually got around to working on the van picture that I said I would do for a t-shirt design for one of the kindergarten teachers. I need to get better at saying no. I took a break for dinner and finished the vans sometime before nine o'clock.

I practiced my penmanship for a little bit, writing eleven rows of the letter 'i'. At times I think I made improvements over yesterday but I am still pretty bad. I will continue to practice.

I emailed my adviser today because tuition was due and it didn't appear that I had been enrolled in the practicum because my tuition was quite a bit cheaper than previous semesters. She got back to me and said that she had received my paperwork and it all looked good but she had forgotten to enroll me. So she did that, my tuition went up a whole bunch, and I paid it. Hopefully for the last time.

I'm tired but I'm fairly certain if I were to lay down I wouldn't be able to fall asleep. I might jump into Minecraft for a little bit. Then I'll go to bed.
