Today at work I repeated my yesterday. I watched Doctor Who,
read a book, and nearly finished the rose I am cross stitching. That
was a little more of a pain because I forgot my tablet at home so I
ended up having to use my phone so the pattern I was working with was
much smaller. It worked out though and I made quite a bit of
progress. Hopefully I can finish it up tomorrow. There are probably
other things I could write about, like some of the projectors and
preshows being messed up because of the power outage last night. And
accidentally starting the wrong movie. But I don't feel like it.
Tonight I watched YouTube videos,
finished the 1980s series of Battlestar Galactica,
and looked through a bunch of old cross stitch alphabets. Some of
them had really big, super fancy letters, which I think would make a
pretty fun project. I still want to make the TARDIS at some point.
Battlestar Galactica from the
80s still isn't too great but I would still like to see the three
episodes that aren't included in the Netflix list. Maybe the series
would make more sense. Like why Commander Adama went from having
complete control of his fleet, to spending all of his time listening
to a kid called Dr. Z and acting like he could barely handle writing
his own name. It will be nice to move onto the modern series. I've
heard good things about it so hopefully it lives up to that.
Tomorrow morning I get to wake up
early to drag a couch out to the curb. That's going to be fun.
