Well, sleep last night went horribly. I didn't make it to bed until almost midnight, barely slept, and was up for good at three o'clock in the morning. I laid in bed and tried to fight it until five o'clock but then I gave up. I tried napping throughout the day but that didn't work out either. It seemed like every time I was about to drift off to sleep I would cough or have to get up to go the the bathroom because I had been drinking so much water due to my sore throat. It was frustrating.

I played a lot of video games to try and ignore the fact that I was incredibly tired but couldn't sleep. There was Tera, Hearthstone, Ark, Bejeweled 3, and 10,000,000. I also watched things. I got around to watching Interstellar and I think there was another movie that is completely slipping my mind at the moment. I also started watching Jessica Jones, which is a lot darker than I was expecting. I either completely forgot or never knew that David Tennant was in it and he is really good at playing a villain. I still like him best as the Doctor, though. And I have remembered now, I actually watched two other movies. The first was Chappie. I don't think I knew that Hugh Jackman played the bad guy, with a mullet. I also didn't know that Die Antwoord played such a big roll in the movie. They were surprisingly good. I didn't expect that at all. The other movie I watched was Constantine. I'm a fan of that movie and haven't seen it in a long time. I had completely forgotten that Shia LaBeouf was in it.

My iron arrived today so maybe tomorrow if I'm feeling up to it I'll try it out on the fabric I have. It would be nice to get it all ironed out so I could have it ready when I wanted to sew. It would also be nice to maybe sew tomorrow but again, we'll have to see how I'm feeling. I am going to try and sleep in a recliner or on the couch (which reclines) tonight to see if that is better than trying to prop myself up with pillows in my bed, something that obviously didn't work. My only concern is that the recliner and the couch are in the cold basement. I'm going to see if I can survive without my heater because I think it could run all night and still never warm the place up. I could turn the fireplace on but I also don't want that burning all night, either. We'll see how it goes.

Oh, and I didn't win the massive Powerball tonight. The results are still pending so I don't know if anyone else won, but I kind of hope they didn't just to see a jackpot on Wednesday of over a billion dollars. That would be insane. I really doubt no one wins tonight but my fingers are crossed.
