I didn't sleep very well last night because of my cold. And throughout the day it has only gotten worse. Currently I am tired and freezing cold. So let's make this quick.

Today was another day. I briefly helped out with literacy centers in one of the kindergarten classes today, floating between two groups until I had to leave. I had classes in the lab throughout the day but only had issue with one of the small groups of second graders. First I sent one of the kids back to the room because he had told one of the other kids to shut up twice and the last straw was not being able to log into the computer. He's in the lab two or three times a day nearly every day and he knows perfectly well how to log into the computer, but when he doesn't want to he can milk it for half an hour. I wasn't feeling it today. Later on I sent back two more of them because they started horsing around. When one of them saw me looking he stopped, which the other saw as an opportunity and hit the kid in the back. At first I was only going to send the one back because he had been annoying me when they first got to the lab, but they were both equally at fault for horsing around so I sent them both back. Coming to the computer lab in small groups is supposed to be a privilege and they're supposed to be able to work independently without much interference from me. That rarely works out because I end up having to repeatedly chastise them or just watch them the whole time. It's annoying.

Other things happened throughout the day but I'm tired, so let's move on. After work I picked up Chipotle and got a Powerball ticket before heading home. I keep forgetting about the Powerball ticket but I was reminded this morning when they mentioned Powerball on the Today Show. Apparently the projected jackpot was up to $450 million, which is the fourth highest ever. I guess a lot of people bought tickets throughout the day because by this afternoon the projected jackpot was up to $500 million. That is ridiculous. After taxes and adjusted total was somewhere south of $300 million but that's still pretty good. Even if you had to split it with a few people. Will I win tonight? Absolutely not, but it is still cool to think about. Maybe if no one wins I can start a work pool for the Saturday drawing.

After dinner I showed videos and then took some medicine. One of the pills popped out of the packaging and disappeared under the stove, never to be seen again. You'd think the pill would have been to big to fit under there considering how big it feels when trying to swallow it down a sore throat.

I played through a few quests in Tera tonight and was able to hit level 65, which is the max level. That is pretty cool. I'm interested to see how they keep things interesting now that I can't level anymore, which is usually my main motivating factor to keep going. I got a cool skin for my brawler gloves but I still have a cool temporary skin on them so I'm going to wait until those run out before switching to the new skin. I also think I will get a new armor skin but along with the temporary brawler skin, I got a temporary armor skin, so I'll wait. I would have preferred a cool free mount but I'll take what I can get.

It's now just after nine o'clock and I'm going to bed. I hope to wake up tomorrow morning and feel entirely better. And find out I was the only winner of the Powerball jackpot. Both goals are equally unlikely to occur. But I'm going to continue holding out hope until the Sun rolls back around.
