Should I have taken notes today? Maybe.

I woke up this morning, got ready, and then went upstairs to feed the dogs and let them out. I eventually ate lunch and went to work.

I made two display signs today for the DVD cart next month. I couldn't pick my favorite so I'm just going to swap them out halfway through the month. I once again went with a broad topic, shenanigans and escapades, so that I won't have to make a list, and because that seems to be what the patrons want.

I also made a small diagram showing how to thread the microfilm machine for one of the other librarians. She had the idea but wasn't able to make a diagram she likes so I gave it a shot. We're going to put it on the machines to hopefully help the patrons who aren't as familiar with our machines.

I counted more prize tickets. I also cut two hundred more tickets. And may need to print more. Good grief. But we're in the home stretch.

This evening I looked through a few magazines because I have a massive backlog of magazines to catch up on. I still have a massive backlog but there are three fewer in the stack. Progress.

Other things may or may not have happened today. I can't remember.

Now I'm going to record my audio journal and then go back to my Mom's house. I think she is supposed to be back tomorrow. I've got the day off but then I work on Sunday. We're having to cover for the assistant who quit. On the plus side, I'll have Monday off.
