This morning I woke up early for two reason. The first reason is
that I wanted to be able to get to sleep at a decent time this
evening. I enjoy sleeping in more than anything else but sleeping in
late on Sunday makes it hard to be tired enough to go to bed at a
decent time Sunday evening. Reason number two, I wanted to read my
books. I want to read more but I am still trying to get back into
the habit of it. Baby steps. I read for two hours, took an hour
nap, and then played Battlefield 1 for an hour before lunch.
It was a pretty good morning.
After lunch I watched YouTube videos and then played more Battlefield
1. My goal was to finish it today but then I heard from my
sister about going over to my Dad's for dinner. There wasn't really
a set time, so that was kind of annoying, but I ended up going over
around five o'clock. And everything still needed to be
prepared/cooked so we didn't end up eating until around seven
o'clock. And I got home at 8:45PM, which is better than I thought it
would be. I had a good time but the lack of any set plan was a bit
stressful. I like knowing when things are going to happen, not
leaving it up in the air and figuring it out as we go. But it was a
good time and I can say I got out of the house at least once this
weekend.
When I got home I was just going to write this and then go to bed but
I decided to play a little more Battlefield 1. I made it to
the last storyline and I beat the first two parts, leaving the final
one for tomorrow. It looked like it was going to take awhile to get
through it so I made the executive decision to save it for tomorrow.
During the second part of the last storyline I was able to steal a
small tank but then couldn't remember how to repair it when it got
damaged (even though I had a whole storyline where I was in a tank)
so I blew up. The second time around I took the time to figure it
out before I got in the tank, and I went into the tank with my wrench
out so that when I had to repair I could quickly get out of the tank
and do the repair without having to swap to my wrench first. I was
more successful the second time around.
Now I'm going to go to bed because I wanted to go to bed an hour ago
and I've been tired since before the sun went down.
