I ended up finishing Luke Cage last night. Couldn't resist.
As a whole I liked it. I will more than likely watch season two
whenever it comes out.
This morning I slept in quite late and then read a book before I got
ready and had some lunch. After lunch my mom and I went to look at
carpet. It was a little overwhelming when we first walked in but
after the salesman pointed out the in-house inexpensive stuff that
made it a lot easier. It all looked so similar so there really
wasn't much of choice even though there were several to pick from.
They are going to go out and measure the house on Monday so I can get
an estimate.
Later on I went to the bank to deposit a check and at one point the
teller looked to be a little flustered. I discovered why when I got
home and checked to see if anything had shown up yet (because I need
to send a bank balance showing I have the money for the down payment
for the house to the bank I'm getting the loan from). All the
activity was already there and at one point there was a withdrawal
for almost $3.5 million and then a credit for the same amount. I'm
not quite sure how that happened because it wasn't like some extra
zeroes were added onto the correct number. It wasn't anywhere close
to the actual numbers. So it was an interesting typo. Hopefully
those few seconds are the only time I am in debt for $3.5 million.
It was crazy to see a seven-figure number in my account, even if it
was false, and kind of made me want to play the lottery again. I'm
certainly not going to get there as a librarian.
With the rest of my day I did laundry, caught up on YouTube videos,
and downloaded mods for a newer version on Minecraft, in
anticipation of possibly playing a newer version of Minecraft.
I want to play with the harvest mod again but it skipped over the
version I'm currently playing, which is annoying because it hadn't
been updated in forever and then it skipped right over my version. I
didn't actually get to the point of upgrading today but I think I
downloaded everything I'll need.
Tonight I played Minecraft while watching the movie for
Westworld. Turns out it was a movie long before it became a
show on HBO. I think it was also a book before it was a movie. The
movie was old and interesting. And it just made me want to watch the
new show.
Now I'm going to go to bed because I have to wake up for work in the
morning. This weekend I would like to finish my homebound stuff.
That is my main goal.
