September 17, 2016

Today was a very relaxed, unproductive day. I slept in and then read books for the rest of the morning. After lunch I did laundry, watched YouTube videos, played video games, and watched Very British Problems on Netflix. The dry British sense of humor meshes well with mine and has made me think I might have been born on the wrong side of the ocean. Have watched two series of Very British Problems makes me almost certain I was born on the wrong side of the ocean. I think I'd fit in well over there.

I played a lot of Trials: Evolution because I watched a stream the other day of Trials: Fusion and it made me nostalgic. It is a very frustrating game but finishing a track feels so good. I tried to play both Zuma's Revenge and Bejeweled 3 but those are both through Origin and something must be up because the both crashed multiple times in the middle of a game, so I gave up on those. Tonight I dove back into Crashlands and enjoyed myself quite a bit. I have forgotten all the quests I had taken and didn't really know what I was doing, but I lost myself in it for quite awhile. The hardest thing is remembering where to get all the various components for building things, whether they come from plants or animals. But I powered through and had a good time.

My friend did the flyover for a football game today but they didn't broadcast it on TV. Instead they chose to show old dudes talking about past games and their predictions for the upcoming game. That sounds way cooler than watching jets fly over the stadium. Then they were supposed to show the GoPro footage from inside the cockpit during the third quarter but I never saw it. My TV lost the signal for several minutes so there is a chance that is when they showed it, but I have a feeling they didn't. Kind of annoying.

I was going to work on my presentation stuff today but I couldn't bring myself to do it. So I'll have to do it tomorrow. Can't wait.

I didn't hear from my realtor today. Hopefully soon. I also haven't heard from the lady who cuts my hair, who I texted earlier in the week about setting up my next appointment because I'm overdue. The two people I want to hear back from most.
