To continue the theme of this week, I started the first two hours of
work upstairs in the cubicle. I read news articles for awhile,
listened to music, and spent most of the time working on finding
answers to the Dropbox questions I got earlier in the week.
Then I had three walkthroughs in a row. I refilled the audiobook
display, which took awhile because I made a long list of possible
books before going to pull them. And then I spent the rest of the
time working on the Dropbox thing.
After lunch I had another walkthrough and then went back to the
Dropbox thing. Following that, two hours on desk, and I pretty much
finished the Dropbox Q&A. I want to add screenshots, so I didn't
email the patrons, but I might be able to do that tomorrow. Other
than that, I wrote a comment on our department blog about the teen
librarian librarian joining our department at some point in the
coming months, and I helped the occasional patron. My day was very
much singularly focused on the Dropbox thing. But it was productive.
Tomorrow I might be able to go back to weeding.
After work I ate dinner, watched videos, and then played a little bit
of CoD: WW2. I think the last time I played was last
Thursday. Maybe. I could easily scroll up and check my entries from
last week, but I'm going to forgo that and stick with Thursday.
Either way, I had a pretty good time. I had one game of Domination
on Shipment where I had fifteen caps and the next person on my team
had four. I was obviously playing the objective, and my teammates
were not.
Now I'm going to watch some more videos and go to bed. I'm still not
doing the audio journals. I still need to set everything back up.
I'll get that done this weekend. Along with my taxes. I've put my
taxes off for so long this year, for no real reason. But it'll give
me something to do this weekend.
