It is a little ridiculous that we are already a few days into April.
This year is flying by.
Starting after lunch I have been getting random twinges and flairs of
discomfort/pain in the area of my right kidney. It concerns me.
That is the side the X-Ray showed I might have another kidney stone.
I would like it to either happen so we can get the ball rolling or
for the pain to not really be anything and just go away so I can stop
worrying about it.
I actually did things today, mostly before lunch, too, because I woke
up at 8:30AM, even though I wanted to sleep in later than that. I
wrote a discussion post after exploring the ERM demo more, I replied
to two discussion posts, and I posted a draft of possible things to
buy to my group for the technology plan project. After lunch I also
read a textbook chapter. So many things school-related done today.
The rest of the afternoon kind of flew by. I'm sure I did things but
nothing feels worth writing about, or memorable apparently. After
dinner I played a little bit of The Division.
I did a few side missions on my way to a main mission and then I
kept getting my ass handed to me in the main mission so I called it
good for the night. It's not really fun repeatedly dying when you're
not in the mood to get super involved with a game.
I think it was on Friday that I
heard from a librarian at the academic library who was interested in
talking to me about the practicum I want to do. I got caught up with
school stuff this weekend but I wrote a response to her tonight so
hopefully we can get the process started. Summer is fast
approaching.
Now I'm going to go to bed because
it is way past my bedtime and waking up in the morning is probably
going to suck. Especially if I'm waking up to a kidney stone.
Positive thoughts, though. Tomorrow there should be state
assessments. We'll see.
