November 14, 2017

Right as I was about to go to bed last night I remembered that I had once again forgotten to apply for health insurance. Today was the last day and I didn't want to worry about forgetting again, so I stayed up and applied for insurance. Despite that, I managed to get eight and a half hours of sleep last night. Not bad.

When I got to work I spent the first five minutes or so fixing my umbrella. The button was broken and then umbrella wouldn't open. That kind of defeats the purpose of an umbrella. After a lot of fiddling I finally sorted the button out so we're back in business now. Unfortunately, I missed the rain today.

I had the first two hours free so I went up to the cubicle and continued working on adding subtitles to my presentation. And I read a few articles. Then I was on desk for two hours. I labeled my homebound bags and ignored two of them because the patron called and said she didn't want books until after Christmas. So this month I'm down to three patrons and maybe twenty-five books. I think I used to be in the sixties for books.

After lunch I was the backup person for our tech class, which took two hours, and then I went back upstairs. I was able to finish adding subtitles and now I want to figure out how to add links in a PDF. I feel like I already figured that out but I can't remember.

When I got home I made dinner. I roasted vegetables and mixed them with garlic flavored brown rice and fake meat. It turned out way better than I was expecting. While I ate I finished watching the first season of The Good Place. Now I need to start watching the second season. I'm interested to see if they can keep it interesting.

After I washed my dishes I played a few matches of CoD: WW2. Still enjoying the game.

Now it's audio journal time so I can go to bed. I have to open again tomorrow. Not looking forward to it but I get off at five o'clock, so there's that.
